The other day I was conducting a session for a group in my organization on customer feedback, its importance and how one can benefit from it. After I had completed the session, as I picked up my laptop and logged into my blog, a thought went past my mind. Is feedback only important in business? Is it only a customer feedback that is important?
Feedback in all forms is important. It helps you develop yourselves, when the feedback is for you as an individual and if the feedback is for you work, it helps you polish your work and bring it as close to perfection as possible.
Organizations that are doing well would attribute their success to excellent Customer relationship management, through understanding and implementing changes which they decide to undertake on the basis of feedbacks received from their customers. No marketing is better than Customer relationship marketing. The success or, failure of your product depends upon how well you take care of your relations with you customers.
A lot of readers in my blog have been sending feedback on what I should do and how, to me on my email and I had never realized the importance of feedback in blogging. So I decided to set up a feedback section for “Living a joke” which is now available as a discreet page on my blog. Please give me your suggestions, so that I can improve on what I am doing.
